Frank Grant is Managing Director of Interstate Venture Capital. Frank also serves as Managing Director of Solganick & Co., a leading technology investment banking firm.
Prior to that, Frank was a Partner with Stradling, a leading business law firm serving entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, venture capital firms and investors; and Senior Counsel at Perkins Coie, an international law firm with 19 offices across the United States and Asia. His practice focused on assisting clients in problem-solving, executing business strategies and achieving critical business objectives.In addition to investing, Frank works with public and private companies in fundraising, corporate transactions, and corporate governance matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions and dispositions, private placements and venture capital financings. He also helps operating companies, management groups, founders and investors with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity financing, distribution and supply arrangements and other strategic transactions. Frank earned an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. with High Honors in Economics from UC Berkeley.

Gaylen Tasker is a business development and deal origination executive with over 14 years of international experience leading multimillion-dollar projects across investment banking, luxury architecture, and design. As a trusted business development leader, she has consistently translated strong client relationships into lasting growth — from spearheading M&A outreach to managing bespoke design projects with top architects, developers, and contractors across the U.S. and Europe.Throughout her career, Gaylen has built a reputation for opening new markets, strengthening client loyalty, and implementing smart systems that scale. She has led cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution — including product sourcing, market research, and e-commerce development — demonstrating her ability to build from the ground up, even in challenging or transitional environments.
Her experience includes growing U.S. market presence for global brands and spearheading the optimization of workflows, sales systems, and CRM infrastructures to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Gaylen holds a degree in business with a strong foundation in marketing and consumer behavior, complemented by international study in design and brand development. She brings a global mindset, creative drive, and analytical discipline to every engagement.
Gaylen has a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of North Texas.
